Jon Clifton is a Managing Partner at Gallup and a member of the company’s Executive Committee. His mission is to help the world’s 7 billion citizens be heard through the Gallup World Poll, a 100-year initiative in 160 countries to measure the “will” of every person in the world. He is responsible for the company’s global government work and is a member of the Public Release Committee, the governance board that oversees and maintains Gallup’s public release standards for data, research and methodology. Jon is a nonresident Senior Fellow at Baylor University’s Institute for Studies of Religion. He serves on the board of the Meridian International Center, StreetWise Partners and Findyr. Trevor has acted as reform adviser in the office of the President of Guyana, and the Prime Ministers of Grenada and Jamaica. In addition, she is Adjunct Professor at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University; and Senior Associate with the Center for Strategic and International Studies where she was Founding Director of the Youth, Proseperity and Security Initiative. Dr. Goldin served as Senior Advisor in the State Department and USAID in the Obama Administration. Chris Mallett was named corporate VP of Cargill Research & Development in January 2005 and leads all R&D resources across Cargill. Prior to joining Cargill, Mallett had an academic career in Austria and Australia. He then joined Unilever where he held various leadership positions in R&D in the European edible oils and frozen food business. From 1994 to 2001, Mallett served as chief of division, executive vice president, and deputy CEO for CSIRO Australia. In 2001 he joined the dairy multinational Fonterra in New Zealand as senior vice president of R&D and CTO. He has served on Boards and Advisory Boards in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the US. He is currently Treasurer and a member of the Board of the Foundation for Food and Agricultural Research.

Prior to joining Abbott, Katherine served as the Special Assistant for National Security Affairs to the Vice President of the United States, focused on advancing development and U.S. relations in sub-Saharan Africa. Katherine began her career at the U.S. Department of State, working with the private sector to advance democratic institution-building programs worldwide. In 1993, she was selected by the United Nations to serve as an election monitor for the first-ever democratic elections held in the Republic of South Africa.

Claire Pomeroy is president and CEO of the Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation which is dedicated to accelerating support for medical research. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Morehouse School of Medicine and the Board of Directors for Sierra Health Foundation; Foundation for Biomedical Research; iBiology, Inc.; New York Academy of Medicine; and Becton Dickinson. Dr. Pomeroy received her medical degree from the University of Michigan and completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Minnesota. She earned an MBA from the University of Kentucky. She received an honorary Doctor of Science degree from University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2016. Previous positions include chief of infectious diseases and associate dean for research at the University of Kentucky. She was vice chancellor and dean of the University of California, Davis School of Medicine from 2005 - 2013. She became president of the Lasker Foundation in June 2013.

Since joining North Highland in 1999, Nancy has played an instrumental role in the growth of a company, specifically in healthcare.
