Gary Vollen is a senior investment banking professional with 25+ years of experience providing capital raising and M&A advisory services to emerging growth technology companies. In 2013, Mr. Vollen started his own advisory firm, Deukalion Advisors LLC, to provide such services to emerging growth technology companies. He has developed an extensive network of relationships with private equity professionals, venture capitalists, corporate strategy/business development leaders and company management. Prior to launching his own advisory business, he had been a Managing Director at Robert W. Baird, Pacific Growth Equities, JPMorgan and Hambrecht & Quist. Over the course of his investment banking career, Mr. Vollen has advised on approximately 100 capital raising and M&A transactions representing about $10 billion of transaction value. Mr. Vollen received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, and his BS from UC Berkeley.
