Prior to founding EdLogics, Dr. Chamberlain founded and served as the CEO of several healthcare organizations including the Center for Health Information, Managed Market Resources, The Benefit Design Institute, and The Center for Long Term Care Research and Education. He received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island, and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He also completed advanced clinical residency programs at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and The Medical College of Virginia.

Edmon Begoli, PhD, is the Chief Data Architect and a Senior Member of the Research Staff with Computational Sciences and Engineering Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), and is a Principal Investigator (PI) for the joint DOE and VA program (MVP CHAMPION) in precision medicine. During his tenure at ORNL, Edmon led several major national projects in healthcare and defense, including Knowledge Discovery Initiative (KDI) for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Edmon is also a jointly appointed professor of Computer Science at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Edmon holds undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees in Computer Science, and affiliated professor of computer science at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Luke is a veteran member of the Global Action Platform family, attending yearly as a fellow since its second conference. Luke worked closely with his father, Dr. Dieter Gruenert, developing pioneering gene therapy techniques at UCSF. Luke attended Oberlin College for three semesters where he studied molecular biology while continuing the work he started at UCSF. Following a successful crowdfunding campaign and some promising data, Luke left Oberlin to start Onconetics Pharmaceuticals Inc. with former Oberlin peer Gabriel Hitchcock. Luke currently serves as President and CEO. Equipped with world leaders in the field of gene therapy, cancer, and health policy, Onconetics is leading the next generation of personalized gene therapy approaches for cancers and genetic disorders. Luke is also a classically trained pianist and nature-lover, and will find any opportunity to learn and discover more about the world around him.

Kenneth J. Holroyd, MD, MBA is Vice President for Technology Transfer at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Medical Director for the Vanderbilt University Center for Technology Transfer and Commercialization, and Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Medicine.  Ken has served as the Vanderbilt representative on the Board of Directors for Cumberland Emerging Technologies, The Human Vaccines Project, Informatics Corporation of America, DigiChart, Acuitec, Friends in Global Health, and the Tennessee Technology Development Corporation. Before joining Vanderbilt University in 2005, Ken was COO with former NASDAQ company Genaera Pharmaceuticals. Ken received his medical training at Johns Hopkins University and the National Institutes of Health.
