Justin Bakule is the inaugural executive director of the Shared Value Initiative at Mars, Incorporated, where he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the Initiative. He works closely with all of the Initiative’s major stakeholders in order to track and influence the development and capture of shared value research, the shared value idea in practice, and the growing global community of practitioners. Justin came to the Executive Director role with over 15 years of experience advising corporations, foundations, nonprofit s, and governments on issues of strategy and performance management. He has played a leadership role in FSG’s shared value consulting having worked with Mars, Inc. focused on improving cocoa production in West Africa and rice production from the Mississippi Delta.

Envision's latest project is Veridium, an Environmental FinTech initiative that is leveraging blockchain technology to create a transparent pricing mechanism for the world's undervalued Natural Capital.
Peter McCrea is President of the Cavendish Impact Foundation, with a mission to accelerate innovation in health, education, inclusive entrepreneurship and global sustainability. Peter previously served as Vice President of Development at the American Endowment Foundation, and was a Business Development Advisor for Foundation Source which provides philanthropic services to 1,500 foundations. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Morgan Stanley Global Impact Funding Trust, and was Executive Vice President at the Institute for Nonprofit Excellence. Peter also served as Director of Business Development at LHO Group for Leif H. Olsen, former Chief Economist of Citibank. Since 2009, he has been an advisor for the Hinduja Group, a multinational corporation. From 2006 to 2012, he was a member and served as Chairman of the Livelihoods Council at Save the Children. Since 2001, Peter has been a Trustee of the Lemmon Foundation.
Ben Siegel is the Impact Policy Manager at ConsenSys. After spending time working in the political sphere, Ben became extremely interested in experimental technologies and the potential they had for the impact sector, leading him to ConsenSys, where he co-founded the Social Impact team as well as the broader Blockchain for Social Impact Coalition (BSIC) He is dedicated to bringing blockchain technology more directly into social impact work, and bridging the gap between technologists and humanitarians.
Deirdre White is CEO of PYXERA Global and a globally recognized leader in building tri-sector partnerships to address the world’s most pressing challenges. Her expertise spans the private, public and social sectors. Prior to joining PYXERA Global, Deirdre was Senior Manager at Arthur D. Little Moscow, where she led post-privatization restructuring efforts for large manufacturing enterprises. Widely cited for her thought leadership, Deirdre has contributed to Fortune, Washington Post, MarketWatch, Council on Foreign Relations, and Stanford Social Innovation Review. Deirdre serves on the Executive Committee of IMPACT 2030 and the MIT Ideas Global Challenge Board, is a member of Bretton Woods Committee, and an alumna of the Aspen Institute’s Socrates Program. Deirdre was co-facilitator of the Clinton Global Initiative’s Employee Engagement Network and participated in Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Initiative on the Future of Philanthropy and Development.
